8 Week Structured Wednesday Workout Plan
Planning on racing at the Western Track Challenge in January? The coaches at the Burnaby Velodrome Club have devised a structured plan for the next two months to help you smash the competition at Westerns.
The plan is to have a three week block of strength focused workouts leading into a block of speed work. There will also be an emphasis on tactics and race skills. Not planning on racing? No problem, come and jump in and expect to get a great workout. The schedule has been updated with the new workout plan and if you have any questions feel free to ask any of the coaches or attendants.
